Step 1: Open the Velocity CRM Console
Log in to Velocity CRM and navigate to the CRM Console page. This dashboard provides access to email campaign performance metrics and engagement tracking tools.
Step 2: Review the Email Campaign Snapshot
At the top of the console page, locate the Email Campaign Snapshot section. This area displays a high-level overview of campaign activity, including the total number of emails sent, emails in progress, delivered emails, undelivered emails, opened emails, clicked emails, and unsubscribed recipients.
Step 3: Filter Campaign Data
Use the Campaign dropdown menu to select a specific email campaign if you want to review individual campaign performance. You can also filter results using the available date range options, including 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days, to analyze campaign activity within a selected timeframe.
Step 4: Review the Campaign Summary
Scroll down to the Campaign Summary section to view a detailed breakdown of email activity by status. The summary categorizes emails into Sent, In Progress, Delivered, Warning, Open, Clicked, and Unsubscribed statuses.
Step 5: Review Sent Emails
Select the Sent category to review all emails that have been dispatched for the selected campaign. This section provides visibility into the total volume of emails processed by the system.
Step 6: Review Emails in Progress
Select the In Progress category to view emails that are currently queued or scheduled for delivery. This allows users to monitor pending campaign activity.
Step 7: Review Delivered Emails
Select the Delivered category to confirm which emails successfully reached recipient inboxes. This helps verify successful campaign delivery.
Step 8: Review Warning Status Emails
Select the Warning category to identify emails that encountered delivery issues. This section may display warnings related to spam filtering, bounced emails, or rejected messages.
Step 9: Review Opened Emails
Select the Open category to review which recipients opened the email campaign. The system records the exact timestamp when the email was opened.
Step 10: Review Click Activity
Select the Clicked category to review links clicked by recipients within the email. This section includes the clicked link details and the associated timestamp for each interaction.
Step 11: Review Unsubscribed Contacts
Select the Unsubscribed category to review recipients who opted out of future communications. Velocity records the unsubscribe timestamp for each contact.
Step 12: View Additional Contact Details
To review more information about a specific contact, select the More Details option. This opens the contact’s profile page within Velocity CRM, allowing for additional review or follow-up actions.
